PLEASE NOTE- Under our standard shipping costs we only ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland & Isles of Scilly for all other countries please email to enquire if we can ship to your location & Shipping Quote.

Dispatch Time

Our aim is to dispatch all orders received by 2pm on the same day. (Monday to Friday). We use several couriers and most orders will be sent using a 24Hr service. We use FedEx,UK Mail/DHL & UPS Standard 24hr service for most orders. Smaller low cost items my be sent by Evri or Royal Mail if you opt for Free shipping

If any items are out of stock we will contact you within 2 working day to advise a delivery date and give you the option of cancelling or changing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will update your order details advising the shipping method used and if applicable a tracking No.

Online payment
We use Stripe & PayPal to process credit/debit card payments.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. 

Always check that you are on a secure server before entering your credit card details by looking out for a padlock on your web browser and that the site URL starts with the letters ' https:// '.

Shipping

 U.K Delivery Charges

For Mainland UK Postcodes (Zone 1 below), We offer free delivery on orders of £145 and over, but unfortunately due to ever increasing carriage charges we now have to charge £6.50 for delivery on orders under this amount.

Deliveries to Postcodes in Zone 2 and 3 are calculated at Check out and not eligible for Free Carriage

    • Zone 1
            England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3

    • Zone 2
           The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

    • Zone 3
           Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25

 

Carriage to Republic of Ireland, Isles of Scilly

Are calculated at Check out and not eligible for Free Carriage.

 Important Note regarding Shipping

Please remember that the courier is responsible for damage caused in transit and it is your responsibility to check your order before signing, especially if the packaging is damaged. Please inform us immediately if your order was received damaged by the courier.

 RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition. You must notify us within 14 days of you receiving the item. We will only issue a full refund (less any enhanced carriage costs) if the item is New and Unused compete with its original packaging and with all manufacturer’s tags, labels, instructions & Accessories.

You are responsible for the cost of return carriage. We reserve the right to make a deduction for items not returned in a new & Unused condition. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 we are not allowed to deduct the basic cost of sending your order, but we are able to deduct any enhanced carriage costs and we reserve the right to do so. (i.e. if you opted for 24hr or a timed delivery charge over and above our Free or Standard shipping costs)

To enable us to process your refund efficiently you must advise us before returning your Items and receive a return Authorisation.

Please remember to enclose your Order/Invoice No. with all returns and in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault
It is your reasonability to wrap the item securely (in our original packaging if Possible) Please remember to enclose all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Who Pays for Return Postage?

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us. We recommend returning goods via Royal Mail recorded services, or for heavier Items use a signed for Delivery/Courier service. We are able to arrange return carriage and will deduct the cost of this from any refund (Min cost £7.50)

For faulty Items - If upon Inspection the product is deemed faulty, we will refund your return Postage/Carriage costs (Excludes International Returns)

International Returns:

Please note that for international Orders you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item including Faulty Items ( if after Inspection the Item is deemed Faulty we will contribute a Maximum of £7.50 towards your return carriage costs).

Tent & Awning Returns:

Please Note Once a Tent or Awning is erected it is no longer considered to be in a perfect resalable condition.

Please ensure you double check the awning size is compatible with your caravan or motorhome before unpacking and erecting the awing

Most manufacturers give a 1 year’s guarantee (Unless otherwise stated) against manufacturing faults only on all new Tents & Awnings.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage to the tent or Awning, its poles or any other components that have been caused by:

    * Stormy or windy conditions
    * Accidents
    * Wear & tear
    * Misuse

All Manufacturers regard damage to Poles as Fair Wear & Tear and therefore these are NOT covered by the Manufacturers Guarantee.

We therefore recommend you insure your Camping Equipment against Accidental damage. Check with your Home insurance provider or contact a specialist Leisure Insurance provider to arrange cover. Most Motorhome & Caravan policies provide this cover but please check.

If you believe your tent or Awning has a manufacturing fault then please contact us via phone or preferably email with pictures/details of the fault.

The more detail you can provide the quicker and easier it is for us to assist you.

In the event that you need to return your tent or Awning, please be aware that:-

  • We cannot accept Tents or Awnings back if they are Wet or Excessively Dirty and any tent or awning returned in such condition will be immediately retuned and no further warranty or refund claim entered into.

  • We reserve the right to return the Tent or awning to the manufacturer for Inspection
